Raul Ramira is a Viet Nam Vet who's passion was running,
But a year ago he was injured and can no longer run.
He went to CAF and asked for help.
When he indicated an interest in hand cycling they got him
an old bike and have since upgraded it for him several times.
He has high praise for CAF.
