Lyle welcomes the AGO conventioneers. He tells of hearing the Organ
for the first time in 1948, when he was eleven.
He can now claim a 60 year association with the Organ,
starting as a high school student working part time with then curator Leonard Dowling.
He became curator after a ten year apprenticeship with Mr. Dowling.
