Foul Weather Concert

When Alison has finished playing "America,"
Dale explains the special seating arrangement set up in case of rain
and invites anyone who wishes to join Alison on stage.
Further explaining that on days when there is a threat of rain the
building is open during concerts so members of the audience can come in
out of the rain and explore inside during the concerts.
